Yesterday I totally slacked. Stupid Science Fair.
Today I walked around Decker Lake for almost an hour with my peeps and my dogs.
I drank over 64 oz of water.
Tomorrow, it's back to the Wii...

  • tortilla soup for dinner instead of Manwiches!

Monday and Tuesday for Lisa....

ugh.. ok...
Monday:

  • drank about 46 ozs of water
Tuesday:

  • working on my 2nd bottle of water...
  • had oatmeal with raisins and vanilla soy milk for breakfast
  • only had Chick-fil-a sandwich for lunch.. no fries. :)
  • i WILL do the Wii just because Kathy did... UGH her! :)
  • i will update later tonight! promise!

UPDATE: 8:47p - ok.. didn't Wii because 1. i have 4 kids and 2. No batteries in the controller. So, instead, I took Vader for a 45 min. walk! AND, I've finished my 2nd bottle of water.. AND, I'm going to have a SALAD for dinner.. ugh.. (no, I didn't actually MAKE a salad.. I bought it for lunch at Chick-fil-a but didn't get around to eating it.. so it's dinner!)

Not even posting about the weekend, 'cuz I blew it!
Monday I drank way more water than I had to, and did 75 crunches. Yep. 75.
On Tuesday, I'm still working on my water, (32 oz right now) and did 30 minutes of Wii Fit.

Wednesday

So far, 40 oz of water and 32 minutes of Wii Fit Yoga. I can't believe how much better my back felt today after doing it! Hope it works like that again tomorrow.
I'm going to go finish my water, and cook supper, which will not a be a good thing, but it will be filling.

I'm going to make sure there is at least one veggie tonight, besides the jalapeno ranch dip. ;)

31 minutes of WiiFit yoga. (I hurt my back yesterday...didn't want to push it with aerobics!)
64 oz water!!! :)

BTW, This is WAY harder on workdays! and just so you know, the ONLY reason I did ANYTHING is because you posted, Sister. :-P This is a good thing.

Tuesday

  • walked dog for 45 minutes
  • WiiFitted for 13 minutes
  • finished first 32 ozs of water
  • had oatmeal with raisins for breakfast

That's about it so far... i'm kinda tired already! ha!

UPDATE: ok.. i've now finished 96 ozs of water.. I'd better stop soon or I'll be up all night going to the bathroom! ugh..

Sunday and Monday for Lisa

well, yesterday I drank just a little more than 64 ozs of water, which is good considering I was running around all day being a taxi for my kids.
And, today? Well, I've finished one 32 oz bottle of water and now I'm on to coffee. Which is probably cold now because I'm upstairs and it is downstairs.. ugh..
ok.. going to go mop my floor.. I'll update again later today.

Sunday...& Monday.

So no exercise yesterday, BUT...I did drink way more than 64 ounces of water.
Today I drank my big ol' glass of water, and I'm on my way to my coffee. Splenda again. And I'm going to try to come up with something else good to do today.

Sunday with a sick kid...

I'm going to go drink water again, then make my coffee with Splenda again. Bleck. I did drink way more water yesterday than usual, so today I'm going for my full 64 oz. Didn't get any exercise yesterday, but I'll try to double up today...or at least DO some today!

at the end of the day..

i finished 96 ozs of water today...
and stopped eating at 6:30p!

small steps.. but good steps.

and so it begins.

I am drinking 1 bottle of water before thinking about coffee... :)

Today...

I drank a bottle of water BEFORE I made my coffee. And instead of using 1/4 c of sugar, I used Splenda with fiber. Ugh.
