So far, 40 oz of water and 32 minutes of Wii Fit Yoga. I can't believe how much better my back felt today after doing it! Hope it works like that again tomorrow.
I'm going to go finish my water, and cook supper, which will not a be a good thing, but it will be filling.
I'm going to make sure there is at least one veggie tonight, besides the jalapeno ranch dip. ;)
